Questions to ground yourself...

I've been feeling the sensation of overwhelm hovering - it's a familiar truth I am working to evolve.

And right in the middle of reviewing my list of things to do this morning I thought to myself, "How do you want to do this?"

It was a pattern interrupt and a welcome invitation that, honestly, changes everything.

It made me think of you...and so I am wondering: 

How do you want to do this, Love?

How do you want to do this holiday week?

How do you want to do your family traditions - new & old?

How do you want to do the bittersweet and tough parts?

How do you want to do your pacing over these next few days?

How do you want to do being in your body?

How do you want to do your business in these last 2 weeks of the year and the start of 2023?

How do you want to do this being here & human thing?

My family has a tradition of asking each other when we're on the way somewhere important - 

How do you want to feel when we're back in the car headed home?

I love the way this question grounds us into the moment and allows each of us to be witnessed in the ways we want to be supported for our experience.

So I am asking you on this Sacred Sunday: 

How do you want to feel on December 31st? 

How do you want to feel on January 3rd?

How do you want to feel (insert your date/time/moment here)?

When we decide on the front end and infuse our intentions in a meaningful way, we give ourselves the opportunity to consciously & fully approach our experiences. 

I want to feel grounded in gratitude, enlivened with electric energy and deeply present in the magic of this Christmas. 

I also want to feel excited and in momentum in my business as we cross the threshold of 2023.
