This ONE prompt changed the trajectory...

There's something about the first of December...

I woke up this morning to elves having a "snowball fight" on the kitchen counter and popped on one of my favorite holiday playlists to write to you.

I've been thinking about all we've gone through over these last few years...and all we continue to endure.

I've been thinking about how difficult it can feel to find a flicker of hope in the wild winds and the pressure we, as coaches, creatives and big dreamers, can feel as we journey onward into the unknown.

I want you to know that if you're someone who has chosen this path of building your dream - creating your own business - you possess a very special kind of courage.

The inroads we must endeavor and the quantum shifts we must endure in order to hold the complexity that comes with living out our dreams is real.

I want to honor you for that, love.

I am willing to bet that there aren't too many folks in your world who fully understand the magnitude of what it takes to keep the dream alive, while taking out the trash, writing the emails, creating the content, coaching the clients/creating the goods and being your own personal hype girl.

It's a lot.

And...yet, it's our calling - come hell or high water.

Yesterday, on the ELEVATE Mastermind monthly call, we started it out with a journal prompt and I wanted to share that same journal prompt with you today.

It revealed beautiful insights for each of us and I believe there is incredible value in not only having a place to receive prompts/opportunities for reflection like ELEVATE and my program IGNITE Your Business, but in the witnessing of what comes through for us.

We are not meant to do this alone...

And growing a business, like raising a child - is a full contact sport that is with us for a lifetime.

In celebration of the new month and my commitment to witnessing you, as a member of this community, here is that same prompt.

I'd love to hear your answer if you feel like hitting REPLY and sharing.

Q: If money, fear, the typical limitations that hold me back were NOT a factor - I would...

During a journal break at the IYB Retreat last month, I answered this prompt for myself and made a few really important decisions about 2023 in that very moment...

This question changed the trajectory for me in an instant.

I hope it can do the same for you, too.

Happy December.
